AIG Women's British Open

Sarah continued her good form from the Evian Championship to comfortably make the cut at the AIG Women’s British Open at Woburn Golf Club near Milton Keynes. It’s the richest tournament in Europe with a purse of US$4.5m.

She had rounds of 72 and 70 to be 2 under and three shots inside the +1 cutline and tied 31st

Fellow Aussies Minjee Lee, Su Oh and Hannah Green also made the week end.

Sarah moved the wrong way on Saturday slipping down the leaderboard after carding +3 on what was a good scoring day.

“I felt confident going into the week end but in the third round I did all the damage on the front nine. Nearly salvaged the round but a couple of late bogeys set me back!”
