A final round 5 under par enabled Travis to finish 14 under and tied 8th at the Inaugural TPS event at Bonnie Doon hosted by Braith Anasta.

The final day had a few dramas for Trav with three consecutive bogeys on the front nine. The big drama though was Trav’s playing partner, and eventual winner, Andrew Martin’s incredible 4 eagles on the front nine.

“It was just incredible to watch your playing partner score like that, doubt I will witness four eagles again!”

“Happy that I recovered and got off that bogey train!”

“Funny I got a little nervous playing here. Its such an odd year only playing a handful of events unlike 20 plus events during a year. Haven’t settled into a routine I guess”.

Trav will play the Queensland Open this week then a week off before teeing up at Concord Golf Club on March 25th for the NSW Open. After that its back to the US to seek some playing opportunities while the Asian Tour struggles to recommence.
