Makes the Mark in Arkansas

After a disappointing trip to Scotland Sarah got on the right side of the cut line in the Walmart Arkansas Championship. After making the cut on the number she shot a one under par in the third and final round to finish T71.

“It was a stressful afternoon watching the cut line. I had a tough second round, suffering a migraine, so it was a real bonus to make the cut.”

The event is he 5th tournament since the return of the Tour. Sarah’s trip to Scotland was tantalisingly close to banking a couple of cheques. However she missed cuts in the Scottish Open MC+2 and the Women’s Open again MC+2.

“Basically had a cold putter in Scotland although I really fought hard in both events.”
