Volunteers of America Classic

Sarah finished tied 19th at the US$1.75m Volunteers of America Classic held at the Old American Golf Club in Texas. She had rounds of 75,69,70 and 72. She was tied alongside fellow aussie Minjee Lee. All six Australian golfers made the cut.

“Finally got the putter hot!” Indeed she had just 28 putts in the second round of the event to secure the week end berth.

Sarah just missed out on the US Open next week but will be teeing up at the CME Group Tour Championship in Florida starting on 17th December. Shortly afterwards she will be jetting home to chill out for two weeks in quarantine.

“Not looking forward to staying in quarantine for two weeks but that’s the price for getting some quality time at home.”
