Kempy Bounces Back

Marathon LPGA Classic

Kempy made the cut on the even par cut number at the Marathon Classic held in Toledo.

“Good to get to the week end. Fought hard to maintain my position.

I missed the cut at the PGA Champs by one shot which sucks. Got on the right side this time.”

Sarah had rounds of 70 and 72 on the par 71 layout at Sylvania, Ohio.

At the halfway point in the year Sarah has played 10 events and made 6 cuts with two top tens. Three of the missed cuts were the last three events. That made it important to get back in the hunt. She is ranked 47 on the Race to CME Globe, so a great position mid year.
