Staying Focussed

James backed up his recent efforts at the Queensland Open and TPS Bonnie Doon by finishing tied 51st in the NSW Open hosted by Concord Golf Club. He scored 5 under for the tournament with rounds of 69,71,70 and 69 at the par 71 Concord course.

“Overall happy with the result. I was certainly challenged to make the cut but managed to keep my emotions in check and play good enough golf. Putter ran a bit cold at times over the week end.”

“Its been a short season but happy to make 4 out of 6 cuts in the main events. Feel that I’ve learnt a lot.”

“Concord was in fabulous shape especially given the amount of rain last week.”

In the immediate months the opportunities to play are pro ams. The PGA Tour are working hard to get a fuller season up and running by the final quarter of 2021.
