After making the week end at T40 in the US$300k Sabah Masters Travis was able to improve over the week end to finish T18. He had rounds of 70,71,68 and 69 for a four round total of 6 under.

“Had a bit of bad luck in the first round with a two stroke penalty but hung in there and yeah, pleased with the end result. I have been hitting inside 15 feet all tournament so gave myself lots of chances.”

That makes it three out of three cuts in the last three weeks. Next week its back to Australia to play the NSW Open at Twin Creeks. Travis was set to play the Hong Kong Open but the co-sanctioned event has been postponed because of the demonstrations.
